The Center for Rapid Recovery (CRR) is pleased to be approved by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse to offer classes that provide students with the prerequisite 350 hours required to apply through the CASAC certification process.

These classes meet established criteria through our approved standardized curriculum; 350 education hours for CASAC initial credentialing.  Upon completion, students have all of the course work necessary to submit to OASAS to apply to sit for the New York State CASAC credentialing exam.

Students will leave the training with a distinct understanding of the knowledge base associated with addiction specialists. Students will also take away specific skills that are particularly useful for working in the addiction field.
